触腕（しょくわん、英: tentacle）はイカ（十腕）類のみがもつ、伸縮自在で、餌を捕獲するための特殊な腕であり、左右の第3腕（Ⅲ）と第4腕（Ⅳ）の間から伸びる。タコの触手が8本であるのに対し、イカが10本なのはこの腕の有無による。
